Gary Ross Plastic Surgeon

Mr. Gary L. Ross is a highly distinguished Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeon based in Manchester and Cheshire, recognized as the first surgeon to be certified by the Royal College of Surgeons (RCS) Professional Standards system for cosmetic surgery.
